After living in our home we loved for 33 years we decided it was time to downgrade and most importantly move closer to our daughters and son-in-laws in California.  Our biggest motivation was the birth of our first granddaughter!

” We were really making an aggressive decision in the summer when we decided to put our house on the market in hopes of purchasing one particular house. Doug sat down with us and made a plan for what we really needed to do with our house prior to putting it on the market. But he went way beyond that. Recognizing that we didn’t have much time if we were going to get the house we really wanted, he rolled up his sleeves and helped. He brought over needed equipment and helped us tear down and put up a new fence, fix sinks and other items that we hadn’t gotten around to.
